Dina L. Garza is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from The University of Texas, Pan American. Dina has experience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. She has a special interest in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and family conflict. Dina utilizes an integrative approach to therapy that incorporates cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and relational interventions. Her goal as a therapist is to provide support and guidance to clients as they work through the challenges they face in their lives. Clients can expect to receive feedback, practical coping skills, and homework assignments during sessions.  Therapy is always provided online in order to provide you and your loved ones the help you seek when and where it's needed with the utmost respect for your privacy and comfort.
